PROF. IBIDAPO ADEFUYE TO BE COVERED SEPT 18





The family of Professor Adebowale Ibidapo Adefuye, previous Nigerian diplomat to the United States of America, who kicked the bucket on Thursday, August 27, has declared the internment game plans.

As indicated by the entombment project marked by Mr. Babatunde Adefuye in the interest of the family, there will be a Christian wake continuing September 17 at Harbor Point, 4 Wilmot Point Road, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, by 5p.m.

The burial service will hold the next day at Christ Church Cathedral, Marina Lagos at 10a.m., while interment takes after promptly at Ikoyi Vault and Gardens.

The family, in a commendation, said: "Minister Adefuye's life and living were much the same as that of the psalmist who was roused in one of his numerous melodies to say 'The lines are fallen unto me in wonderful spots; yea, I have a goodly legacy'.

"Like a man with a genuinely virtuous legacy, our late child, spouse, father, sibling, uncle and cousin carried on with his life all that much as a down to earth Christian in consistent affirmation of his Creator, in enthusiastic and unstinting administration to humankind and the advancement of and backing to extraordinary reasons, looking for dependably to improve the world a spot. He was a model in temperances.

"Thus comforted by his benevolent acts and the Grace of God upon us, we connect, consciously, to you to go along with us as we utilize this chance of his transitional experiences to acknowledge and observe God for the lovely life he lived and to express gratitude toward God for making us a piece of him."
